Cantu Hair Products

I haven’t used my Cantu Products for a while now.  About 6 weeks.  The reason is that my hair has been drier than usual and because I have very fine hair–the strands are very thin, I can’t afford to let my hair dry out.  I wasn’t sure if Cantu was the reason because it has “cones” in it. I heard that “cones” can dry the hair.

But when I first started using the Cantu, it seemed to plump my hair strands up and my hair seemed very happy.  So I had to go back.  Especially since my hair is still drier than I like.  So…I used my Cantu Shampoo and the Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning Hair Cream.  Then I twisted my hair into Bantus (first two pictures) and I must admit, my hair looks very moisturized and feels soft without the oily feeling.  In the last picture, I had been using the oil blend that I made. It’s very good, but I need to keep spraying it on because my hair dries out within half a day!  I’ll monitor my hair and keep you posted.

If you are using cones then make sure you use a clarifying shampoo meaning a shampoo that do not have any conditioning agent to wash the cones out. By the way, i'm Cnap too 🙂

Thanks! Right now I'm using Trader Joe's shampoo and conditioner. Trader Joe is a local health food store in California and their goodies are inexpensive too. I'll be posting soon on these products.
